Thanks to Paul White from the UK, we can present this puzzle to you.
The date is December 31st, 2000, and it's celebrating time in the Norman family household. Leonard and Marianne Norman have lived in the village of Hardy since the nineteen seventies and are having a New Year's Eve bash.
At the party, along with Leonard and Marianne, are the couple's six children. They are, in descending order of age: Aqua, Byzantine, Carmine, Desert, Emerald and Flame. The age range of the children is no more than thirteen years.
Also at the party are Leonard's dad, Frank, and his girlfriend Pamela, along with Mick, an old friend of Marianne's from years ago. Then there is Manhattan, the family dog. And finally the family's three monkeys: See, Hear and Speak, again in descending order of age.
All the ages are different and all the answers are whole numbers. No number begins with a zero.
